Simple because several facts make the possibility that he, if he is still alive, left the caves of Afganistan or Pakistan, and moved to European country.

1. He needs medical help on daily basis, and this is not possible in the long terms, in mountains of Afganistan or Pakistan. Logistics problem are significant.

2. Which country can, and will welcome hem? The country where he have a citizenship. He gets his citizenship in this European country in 1992, and have visited this country several times, meeting the president.

This a just two important facts in searching for Usama Bin Laden, but question is, if somebody, still searching after hem.
